How Barely Speeding Turns Into a $500k Bond

On October 6, 2023 in Florida, an officer pulled over a Toyota sedan for several traffic violations. Before he approached the vehicle, he could see the occupants on both sides of the car swiftly moving around within the vehicle. He requested a K9 unit respond to his location and went to make contact with the occupants. This is police footage of the events that followed.
